Have you always wanted to know what it's like to be a farmer?

At Farm Dekker, they offer a very special course, the "inboeringscursus" (in-farming course). You spend half a day with the farmer. This can be done alone or in a group (maximum 8 people), making it a fun activity to do with your family, as a family or maybe with your colleagues and/or group of friends.

What will you do?

You or your group will join in with all the daily activities such as milking cows, feeding calves, and possibly bringing the cows in from the pasture. In the barn, there are lots of barn swallows, you can try to count the nests, in the field see how many insects and worms you can find, or in some other way look at the various plants and animals present on the farm. There are many hobby animals to cuddle with or you can pick and eat berries and strawberries in the vegetable garden. It is also possible to take a look inside one of the windmills and learn all about it.

In short, it will be a fun afternoon or morning, and there will also be time for an extensive coffee or tea table.

Costs

The first participant of the group pays 40 euros, each additional participant pays 7.50 euros.
