Hop on your bike and embark on a guided picnic tour through the center, along the lake, and through the largest continuous deciduous forest in Western Europe: the Horsterwold in Zeewolde.

Zeewolde offers many kilometers of cycling paths along the water or through the forests. Many people who visit Zeewolde for the first time are amazed by the expansive forests and the many unique animals and plants found here. Thanks to the fertile sea soil, the forests have grown rapidly into robust primeval forests, giving the impression that they have been around much longer. Follow the cycling route and unwind during a picnic!

Route cost: 19.50 euros per person (children 15 euros, from 4 years old).

What do you get?

- Price includes route, picnic basket, and a drink afterwards.

- Cycling route: approximately 35 km

- Departure at your own convenience.

- Route available on paper, optionally via GPX (information will be provided after registration).

- Pick up the picnic basket at Bakker Bart (starting location Ravelijn) and get the drink at restaurant The Lux in the Aanloophaven (Zeewolde center). Precise information will follow after registration.

- Not accessible for people with physical disabilities.

- Dogs are not allowed.
