Discover Tulip Island in Zeewolde
In the Wolderwijd, off the coast of Zeewolde, you will find a unique peninsula in the shape of a tulip. The calyx of the tulip, the main island, is the size of a football field, and the elongated natural islands form the stem. A breakwater of 200 meters connects the island to the mainland.
The lock De Spieghel connects this part of the Wolderwijd with the waterway De Diamant.
